Do you accept orders Australia-wide?

Yes. We accept bouquet preservation orders Australia-wide. Bouquets can be sent via express post or courier services.

For best results, bouquets should be sent within 1–4 days of the wedding. Ideally, send your bouquet the day after.

Older flowers may still be preserved; however, signs of natural aging such as colour darkening, brittleness, or petal loss may be present. Final results cannot be guaranteed.
Preserved flowers are natural and organic, so minimal fading may occur over time. This is reduced through professional pressing, colour correction, UV-protective framing, and proper aftercare.
For Canberra-based clients, local drop-off and collection are available free of charge. For interstate orders, shipping costs vary depending on your postcode. Once provided, I can offer an accurate shipping estimate before you book.
We are not responsible for courier-related damage to flowers. However, we will always work with what arrives to create the most beautiful final piece possible. Packing instructions are provided after booking.
All frames are carefully packaged and shipped with insurance. In the rare event of damage, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos so we can assist with a resolution.
After approximately 5 months, you will be notified that your flowers are ready for final design. The remaining balance is due at this time. Final reconstruction, colour work, and artistic design begin only after full payment is received.
Yes. Up to four digital mock-ups are provided before the flowers are permanently secured. Once approved and glued, the design is final and cannot be changed.
The full preservation and framing process takes approximately 5 months, depending on flower type, season, and order volume.
Yes. Dried bouquets are preserved in a 3D frame where possible. Results depend on the condition of the flowers upon arrival.
Yes. Wedding vows, invitation cards, or photos may be included at no additional cost.
Keep out of direct sunlight and humidity. Do not spray liquids or open the frame. With proper care, your preserved bouquet can last for many years.
