Delivery Options
We offer two delivery options for your preserved frames:
- Free local pickup in Canberra
- Secure shipping through Australia Post
Australia Post shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of the frame, and typically range between $30 and $150.
Breakage During Shipping:
All frames shipped via Australia Post are fully insured.
We have safely shipped over 100 frames across Australia with zero breakages to date.
In the unlikely event that your frame arrives damaged:
- Please take clear photos immediately upon delivery, from all angles
- Contact us as soon as possible with the photos
We will provide the insurance receipt so you can lodge a claim with Australia Post.
Refund Policy:
- No refunds are offered for change of mind
- Deposits are non-refundable
- The cost of the bouquet flowers is non-refundable and not claimed under Australia Post Insurance
- In the event of breakage during shipping, the refund will cover the frame and shipping costs only
- Refunds are processed through Australia Post insurance claims
